School Nurse

Nurse Procedures and Protocols:

• All student visits to the nurse are documented. Visits serious in nature such as injury, illness, etc., will be communicated to parents by phone call or ParentSquare message. 
• All students need updated physicals, vaccinations, vision and hearing screenings on file in order to attend school!
• Law states that no child can bring medication to school, including prescribed or over the counter medication. If your child needs to take medication during school hours, please contact the school nurse to arrange for proper parent/guardian drop off and storage of medication.
•  *Medications to be given at school must have documented approval from child’s Doctor.*

REMINDER: Please do not send a sick child to school! Children in school who are sick will be sent home to rest and recover!
